Preschool Carpool Detour September 15-17
FBCUC is hosting "Feed My Starving Children" September 15-17 (Wednesday-Friday). This means we will need to change up our Preschool Carpool route for these days as they will be busy behind the gym loading trucks full of packed meals for those in need.
Here are the changes for these 3 days
Parents will line up directly across from the preschool playground (do not go around the building to the covered area).
Please remember to form 2 lines.
Parents will exit the side gate, leading directly in the neighborhood (Parkview Drive), where you will drive SLOWLY to the stop sign, turn left onto Northview Drive, and you will see Pat Booker Road ahead of you.
If the 2 lines are backed up to Pat Booker Road, please enter the second entrance (closest to Auto Zone), drive around the parked cars, and merge with the other lines by the playground.
Thank you for your patience and flexibility.
Our middle school and high school students will help package food on September 16th and 17th.
Attire: Spirit shirts, jeans, tennis shoes.
Absolutely no jewelry may be worn: no rings, bracelets, earrings, etc.

He would like to introduce you to our new assistant coach, tell you a little about what the season will look like and of course, play a little basketball! This isn't a commitment to play, just a chance to see if you are interested in playing this season. Parents can pick up at the gym at 5:00 p.m. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Crave-It lunch service letter to families
Dear First Baptist Academy Families,
Hi, My name is Brandon Hill. I am the founder of Crave-It Nutrition, your child's school lunch service. I want to thank each family that took the time to fill out the school lunch survey giving us feedback on the service thus far. I also want to take this time to address the feedback we received. We loved reading all the positive feedback. We promise your voice has been heard and we will continue to work hard to serve your child. Serving a new school can have its challenges at first, but we promise the feedback that is given will be rectified right away. The biggest feedback received is making sure your child’s food is good quality. All the food should always be fresh, hot, and the right texture. We have adapted, and are using different cooking, transporting, and holding methods to ensure all food is really hot and fresh. Quality of food also pertains to variety. We know not all kids will eat every fruit and vegetable offered. Though, we want to make sure we are offering different fruits and veggies throughout the week so there is variety. It is very important to us that your child is happy with the service we are providing. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly @ firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any feedback or questions. Our staff loves receiving emails of praise and we always want to rectify any issues at hand.
Thank you again.
Best, Brandon Hill
