WE NEED VOLUNTEERS
Graduation is in 16 days! We need help with setting the stage up for Graduation and then taking it down after the ceremony. This is not a task that just one or two people can do, we need a team. We are reaching out to all of our high school students and parents asking for assistance with this task.
We ask that you consider setting aside some time to come and help. Please mark your calendars for Thursday, May 13th @ 9:00 a.m. for set up. The break down will begin shortly after the completion of the ceremony. With several helping, the process will go much more quickly and the burden of the set up will not fall on just a few people.
Please send Mrs. Leader an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you are able to help by Friday, May 7th so that we can give you further details.
