Special Performances – Classroom Visits for Pre-K – 5th grades
Opportunity for Grandparents to visit the Book Fair with their grandchild.
Students will only be dismissed to:
Grandparents/Grandfriends on their pickup list.
Please have your child(ren) dress in Chapel uniform.
This special day is set aside for Grandparents/Grandfriends only,
please no parents.
Ice Cream Sundaes available after school on Friday, October 11th. Price: $3.00 – CASH ONLY
Proceeds will benefit the Washington DC trip in the Spring
There will be 3 ice cream stations:
By the elevator located across from ELS
Outside the school office
Outside the gym
October 11th is an early release day. Students in grades 6th – 12th will be dismissed at noon and dismissal will remain as normal. If your K5 – 5th grade student is not being released to a grandparent or going to ELS, they may be picked up from the lunchroom at noon. There will be no car pool. There will be NO HANGTIME.
There is no school or ELS on Monday, October 14th
in observance of Columbus Day.
FALL BAND CONCERT
6th – 8th Grade Band Students will perform
in the Peace Auditorium at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 17th.
K3 – 12th Grade Parent Teacher Conferences
are scheduled for Friday, October 18th.
Report cards for K5 -12th grade will be issued at the conference.
K3 – 5th grade students were assigned a conference time.
K3 – 5th grade students are not to attend the conferences.
No child may be left unattended. ELS is available.

Mrs. Woodard to secure a spot for your child.
6th – 12th grade students are required to attend
the conference with their parent or guardian. These (6th – 12th grade) conferences will be held in the Peace Auditorium from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
There will be no hot lunch served on this day. If your child will be in ELS you will need to send a sack lunch and a drink.
