Our online Book fair started Monday.
There are plenty of books to choose from, as well as other products. Just use this link: https://i55bookfairs.com/school/fbauc/. This will take you to the FBA Book Fair page where you will be able to shop and place your orders. Any books ordered between October 5 and October 16 will be eligible for free shipping to the school. We will send your books home with your student when they arrive. FBA will receive a 25% commission on purchases made between October 5 and October 16. After that, you can still purchase books at any time, and we will receive a 10% commission.

Students in Kinder through 5th grade are asked to wear their chapel uniform.
This Friday, October 9, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., we would love for our Grandparents and Grand friends to join us for a live celebration using the link below.
Be prepared to watch our Eagle High School Band, Choir, and Middle School Choir, along with our Preschool through 5th grade students perform with their classes. A link of the recorded video will be provided at a later time should they be unable to see it live.
Friday, October 9th is NOON DISMISSAL for kinder -12th grade.
Preschool students will dismiss at their normal time – 11:15 a.m.
ELS will be available with reservation. Please contact Mrs. Winkelmann,
Mrs. Parker or Mrs. Woodard to sign up. If your child will go to ELS, you will need to send them with a sack lunch. There will be NO HANG TIME.
The school office will close at 12:30 p.m.
A NOTE FROM OUR GUIDANCE COUNSELOR
Any high school student wanting to take an online dual credit course in the Spring needs to see Mrs. San Roman by Friday, October 9th to discuss course options.
All 9th – 11th graders will take the PSAT tests on Wednesday, October 14th
from 8:10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
There will be NO SCHOOL OR ELS on Monday, October 12th.
VISITORS IN CHAPEL
Beginning Tuesday, October 13th visitors are welcome to attend chapels. All visitors must wear a facemask, sign in the school office and abide by social distancing guidelines while in the sanctuary.

Parent/Teacher Conferences are NEXT FRIDAY,
October 16th for students Pre-K through 12th grade.
Make sure, if you are in Pre-K through 5th grade that you have signed up for a time slot to meet with your teacher.
Upper School: conferences located in the Peace Auditorium. 6th – 12th grade students are required to attend conferences.
School uniform is not required, however proper dress is

All Grade Levels:
Accounts must be current to receive report card
Conferences are MANDATORY.
Students in grades K5-4th may not attend the conferences and are not to be on campus (unless in ELS) or left unattended on campus or in vehicles.
Students in grades 5th – 12th are to attend the conference with parent(s). Attendance will be taken.
No telephone conferences
ELS will be available with reservation for FBA students ages13 and under. Students staying in ELS will need to bring a sack lunch, as no hot lunch will be available. ELS is not able to heat up or cook food at lunch.
Hang Time will not be available.
Report cards do not need to be returned.
We are happy to announce that we will be offering Panda Express to our students beginning Thursday, October 22nd and every Thursday thereafter that we are in school. Price: $5.00. The choices will be:
Orange chicken with chow mein or Orange chicken with steamed white rice
Teriyaki chicken with chow mein or Teriyaki chicken with steamed white rice
ICE CREAM FRIDAYS ARE BACK
(Beginning October 23rd)
To help support the cost of chaperones on the Washington D.C. and the Puerto Rico trips, we will offer Ice Cream on Fridays during lunch for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Be on the lookout for a flyer coming home on Tuesday, October 13th. On the flyer, you will have the option to charge your account $15.00 for an ice cream card so your student can get ice cream for the remainder of the Fridays we have lunch.
Otherwise, you may send a $1.00 in with your child on Fridays that you would like them to be able to get ice cream.
Parents, we are in need of paper towels. We are working hard to keep our surfaces clean and safe for the students. We would appreciate any donations.
