The concert will be at East Central High School PAC at 5 p.m. on Saturday evening. The event is open to the public, so if you are able to come, you are definitely invited!

FBA students in the All Region Choir are: Ethan Daugherty, Haley Daugherty, Andrew Flanagan, John Hartman, Daniel Hooker.

Please join our 3rd​​ – 5th​​ grade students on Tuesday, November 6th​​ at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary as they present this Christmas Musical.

AFTER SCHOOL CAR POOL PICK UP

Parents, after school pick up has been going very quickly in the afternoons. ​​ Thank you!! ​​ However, we do need your assistance with how you are lining up. ​​ PLEASE do not cut through the parking spaces​​ Image result for parking space clipart– follow the natural route of the parking lot to line up.

REMEMBER: ​​ Today only - October 31st​​ –​​ No carpool​​ due to Fall Family Festival. ​​ Please park and pick your (K5 -5th) child up in the lunchroom. ​​ Students 6th​​ – 12th​​ may walk to their car.

11/2 – Mrs. San Roman will have Lunch with the 11th​​ graders

11/5 – Balfour coming with Senior graduation announcement and cap/gown information

11/7 – 3rd​​ – 8th​​ grade In-house Spelling Bee

11/8 – District Math Olympics Test at 8:10 am in the cafeteria

11/12 – Veteran’s Day Holiday. ​​ No school or ELS

11/26 – Balfour orders due

FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH FALL CRAFT FAIR

Tuesday, November 6th​​ from 12 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Wednesday, November 7th​​ from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

All proceeds from the sale go to FBCUC mission endeavors.​​

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE OCTOBER

monthly​​ WINNER:

Mrs. Barnhouse’s​​ classroom came in 1st​​ place with 1,885 points for the month of October. ​​ Honorable mention​​ goes to Mr. Gray with 1,645 points and Mrs. Gray with 1,588 points. ​​ These three classrooms submitted over 300 actual Box Tops for each classroom. ​​ Now that’s a lot of Box Tops! Way to Go!

Mrs. Barnhouse’s​​ 2nd​​ grade students special spirit day of “Inside Out” Day is​​ Tuesday, Nov 27th ​​ ​​​​

Congratulations on the double win! ​​ Each student in Mrs. Barnhouse’s classroom will​​ win a pass​​ for 4 guests total to attend an​​ FBA home basketball game for free during the Nov 2018 – Feb 2019 season.

Passes will be distributed mid-November.

Announcing​​ the Winter Incentive ~​​ Grace Pass

For the classroom that brings in the most Box Tops from Oct 27th​​ 2018 thru Jan 25th, 2019 (aka the Nov–Jan monthly competition): ​​ 

Every student in the winning classroom would earn a pass to add 10 points to a homework assignment​​ for the remainder of the 2018-2019 school year. Exclusions may apply.
