Our lunch program will be adjusting beginning November 1st.   As we provided feedback to our current caterer, they were diligent in making changes as they want to provide our students a quality lunch.  However, we know that it is a desire of many of our students to get back the options we had last year. We put a lot of time and effort into getting our lunch services as there are a lot of logistics involved.

Our lunch program will now be the following:

Monday: Pizza Hut (Cheese or Pepperoni Personal Pan Pizza and a side) $4.75

         Tuesday: Current Caterer $4.75/ $5.75/ $6.25

Wednesday: Whataburger (Whataburger, Whataburger w/ Cheese. or 3 chicken strips w/ medium fries) $5.75

Thursday: Orange Chicken and Chow Mein or White Rice or Teriyaki Chicken and Chow Mein or White Rice $5

         Friday: Current Caterer $4.75/ $5.75/ $6.25

Our partners have shown that they are available to handle our school with their current workforce.  Should things change, we will notify you at that time and make adjustments as necessary.  We are hopeful that these changes will be good ones for our families.   Remember, your child is always welcome to bring a lunch to school. The November lunch menu can be found on the website and one will be coming home next week.

Content

Students have freedom in the choice of content. The work does not have to be spiritual in nature, but we encourage a spiritual application, if appropriate. Please avoid potentially offensive themes that include racial slurs, deal with the occult (witchcraft, ghosts, haunted houses, etc.), or have excessive fantasy, sexual innuendos, vulgar themes, excessive violence, and bathroom humor. A student may, however, choose one of these areas—ghosts, haunted houses, excessive fantasy, sexual innuendos, vulgar themes, or bathroom humor—and deal with it in a positive, biblical manner. Questionable material will be returned and will not be judged.
