K3 – 12th​​ GRADE PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES

There will be no school on

Friday, October 19th​​ due to Parent Teacher Conferences

for students in grades K3 –​​ 12th.

There will be​​ NO HANG TIME.

Students may not be left unattended on the school campus or in cars.

ELS will be open but you will need to contact

Mrs. Winkelmann, Mrs. Parker or Mrs. Woodard

to reserve a spot for your child/ren.

Bring a sack lunch and​​ a drink as no hot lunch will be served.​​ 

K5 through 8th​​ grade students staying in ELS need​​ 

to wear spirit shirt and appropriate jeans​​ 

or PE clothes.

Students in grades 6th​​ – 12th​​ need to attend the conference.

Conferences for 6th​​ – 12th​​ grade students​​ will be held in the Peace Auditorium from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.​​ 

(LUNCH BREAK from 11:30​​ – 12:00)

12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

You will not be given a report card if there is any balance on your account. ​​ 

You may pay online or you may come to the school​​ office to pay before you go to your conference.

 

 

Our school will be participating in the SchoolStore program this year.  Over 400 merchants, including Kohls, Old Navy, Target and WalMart.com have joined together to offer our school funds for shopping through SchoolStore.com. There is also an opportunity to donate to your child’s teacher so they may buy items for their classroom. Details concerning this optional program will be coming home Monday.​​

The 6th​​ – 8th​​ grade​​ band students will have their concert in the​​ 

Peace Auditorium on Thursday, October 25th​​ at 4:00 p.m.

Due to scheduling circumstances the date has been changed from October 18th. ​​ Please make note of this change and make plans to be at this special concert​​ as the students have been working hard and are looking forward to their performance.

FALL FAMILY FESTIVAL

The church will host their annual Fall Family Festival on October 31st​​ from​​ 

6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ​​ We encourage you to bring your family and​​ friends to this event. ​​ It is a great time for everyone. ​​ Please no scary costumes.

Volunteers are needed - contact the school office if you are interested in helping.

There will be Trunk or Treating from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Food and game helpers are needed - 1st​​ shift from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.​​ 

and 2nd​​ shift from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

 

PICK UP CHANGE FOR OCTOBER 31ST

Parents, pick up for Wednesday, October 31st​​ will be different from the normal.

The church will begin set up for their Fall Family Festival at 1:00 p.m. in the back parking lot.

At that time the parking lot will be blocked off.

After school pick up will be on the school office side of the building. ​​ Parents of kindergarten through​​ 

5th​​ grade students will need to park and walk to the​​ lunchroom to pick up their child.

Students in 6th​​ – 12th​​ grade may walk to their cars.
