A note from the Librarian:

We are having a lot of books not being returned on the due date.  Please remember that if they are not returned by the day their class goes to the Library, we have to charge a fine.  The cost is10 cents per day for each book, until they are returned.  If they are returned late but the fine is not paid, the student cannot check out a book until the fine is paid. Late notices are sent home in the Assignment Pad through the classroom teacher.  Also, please note that if the books are not returned within 3 weeks, then your account may be charged for the cost of the book plus $3.00 processing fee for a new book to replace it.

I love working with the children in the Library, and they love checking out books every week to take home and read.  Thank you for your participation in this process!
