This will be the last newsletter of the 2016-2017 school year.  We have had a great year and pray that everyone has a safe and blessed summer.  Reminder:  The first or second week in July you will receive an email from us with everything you need to know for the new school year.  Please remind your students to keep up with their summer reading assignment.



Starting Monday May 15, All students that pay for ELS on an hourly basis will need to pay their charges daily.

On Thursday, May 18th at 10:00 a.m. parents may begin to set up graduation tables in the Peace Auditorium for their senior.  Seniors will return from their trip around 2:00 p.m. and will have graduation practice. 


FRIDAY, MAY 19TH        


ELS will be open until 6:00 p.m.

There is NO HOT LUNCH or Hangtime.





Everyone is invited to attend graduation on Friday, May 19th at 6:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary.  There will be a reception in the Peace Auditorium after the graduation ceremony.                      

9th – 11th grade students MUST ATTEND graduation.



High School  FINAL EXAMS... On How To Study 4 Days Before Your 2015 UPSR Exams ~ Parenting Times

5/22 – 24:  The 9th – 11th grade students will have final exams.

3 Day 3 Year Olds – last day of school:  May 18th 

5 Day 3 Year Olds – last day of school:  May 19th 

K4 students            - last day of school:  May 19th 

ELS will be available for the preschool students through Wednesday, May 24th.

Please contact the ELS department to make a reservation.  There is no hot lunch available on May 19th, 22nd, 23rd, or 24th.  Please send a sack lunch with your child.

  • 7th and 8th Grades, Tuesday, May 23rd at 2:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary

  • K5 – 2nd Grades, May 24th at 8:45 a.m. in the Sanctuary (students will dismissed for the day after the program is over).  ELS will be available with reservation.

  • 3rd – 6th Grades, May 24th at 10:45 a.m. in the Sanctuary (students will be dismissed for the day after the program is over).  ELS will be available with reservation.




Middle and High school students will be dismissed at noon on Wednesday, May 24th.  HANG TIME is not available. Middle school students will be given their report cards.  High school report cards will be available for pick up in the school office the week of June 5th.

The school office and ELS will be closed Monday, May 29th through Friday, 

June 2nd.  The school office will re-open on Monday, June 5th and the summer office hours are: 

8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 

8:30 a.m.  – 12:30 p.m. on Friday.


SOS (Sounds of Summer) begins Monday, June 5th.  

Their hours are:

 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday from
