5/9 – 5/11: 12th grade final Exams

5/11:   Dual Credit History Exam

5/11:   Preschool Field Day

5/12:   Parent Auxiliary Uniform Sale – 10:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m. – Just a note:  If you are 

   looking for little girls uniforms they will go quickly.  You are encouraged to be 

                         here at 10:00 a.m. 

5/12: 9th – 12th grade awards – 9:42 a.m.

5/12: Noon dismissal – ELS will be open until 6:00 p.m.  No hang time. No hot lunch.

5/15 – 5/18:      Senior trip to Port Aransas, Texas

Monday, May 15th will be field day for students in K5- 6th grade.  Students must bring a sack lunch.

 

ATHLETIC MEETING

The Athletic meeting for the 2017-2018 school year will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the Peace Auditorium. The meeting is for those students that will be entering grades 6-12 for the upcoming school year.  It is imperative that one parent and the student be in attendance.  We will go over important information, athletic handbook, and forms that need to be turned in, as well as meeting the coaches. 

If you are going to be playing athletics or are even thinking about playing a sport or cheer, you will need to be at this meeting.  Please make sure that you sign in on the sign in sheet that will be provided.

On Thursday, May 18th at 10:00 a.m. parents may begin to set up graduation tables in the Peace Auditorium for their senior.  

Seniors will return from their trip around 2:00 p.m. and will have graduation practice.

 

 

 

FRIDAY, MAY 19TH 

NOON DISMISSAL.  ELS will be open until 6:00 p.m.  There is NO HOT LUNCH or 

Hangtime.

HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION

Everyone is invited to attend graduation on Friday, May 19th at 6:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary.  There will be a reception in the Peace Auditorium after the graduation ceremony.
