We are excited about two Reading Incentive programs we are offering this year for Kindergarten through 5th grade students:   Schlitterbahn “Waves of Pages” and Six Flags “Read to Succeed”.

The reward for completing each program is a free ticket to their Park.  You can choose to participate in one or both, and use the same books for both.  However, the required reading for Six Flags is 6 hours, and Schlitterbahn requires 10 hours, between now and February 14.   If you would like to participate, please inform your child’s teacher and they will send the information to you.

Thank you for all you do to help your child enjoy reading!

A REQUEST FROM OUR P.E. TEACHER

We are getting ready to play a very fun PE game that requires a lot of small toys (McDonald’s type toys).  If you have any you would like to donate, we would love to have them.  Being that we get a lot of toys and often duplicates, I will not be able to return them when we are done.  They will be given to the lower grades for their treasure box when we are finished playing with them.

Thank you, Mrs. Inmon
