Each middle school student will be given the opportunity to explore their interests and discover what the Lord has for them in the future.
Students in our 7th through 8th grades are referred to as Explorers. These students explore new frontiers of adolescence challenged by an academic program of excellence which strives to reveal individual student potential and abilities.
FBA holds a charter with the National Junior Honor Society for which students may strive to obtain membership. Its goals are scholarship, character, service, citizenship and leadership.
The Academy offers strong support programs in choir, band, athletics, Spanish, computer, art, theater art and speech. Academic competitions as well as ministry projects are available to students throughout the year.
Students will discover their Christian heritage which founded our great nation and influences its government. They will spend a week in Williamsburg, Washington DC and Mount Vernon, Virginia.
Students are taught that growth in the Christian life depends on fellowship with God through consistent Bible reading, personal prayer time, worship, service, and fellowship with other Christians.
